Lee Palmer has over 40 years experience in TNR. Starting in Massachusetts and continuing here in Maine in 2003.  Lee founded Spirits Place in 2016:  A  grassroots organization that engages compassion, education and creativity to elevate animal welfare and quality of life in our communities by promoting and assisting in the spaying/neutering, medical care and compassionate management of feral and community cats.
