Anne Beal has dedicated her life to taking care of stray cats - starting over 30 years ago in New Haven, CT.  Since then she has taken in hundreds of cats and helped them find new homes.  She also ran her own pet boarding business for 14 years and currently is the owner of Meow Lounge in Westbrook.  Her passion is trying to help with the constant need for low cost spay/neuter options within the state.
